What we collect, and why

• Contact form / email. When you write to us we receive what you send — name, email address, message, and optionally your HD version and MT5 build. It is delivered to our mailbox and used to answer you. Contact form submissions are protected against bots by Cloudflare Turnstile.
• Licensing and activation. The HD-Generator application activates against a licensing service using your licence key, your email address, and a hardware identifier of the machine the licence is activated on. This exists to enforce seat limits and prevent licence abuse — it is the minimum needed to know a licence is valid.
• Build and update delivery. When the app compiles a strategy or checks for updates, our servers process the technical request data needed to deliver the build and log standard request metadata (such as IP address and timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.
• Release notes (optional). If you tick the release-notes box on the contact form, we keep your email address for product announcements. Unsubscribe by replying to any message.

What we do not do

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party trackers. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. Your trading strategies are yours: strategy logic you build in the app is not used by us to train models or to reproduce strategies, and support will never ask for your licence keys or broker credentials.

Who processes data on our behalf

We use a small set of infrastructure providers: Cloudflare (website hosting, content delivery, bot protection), Zoho Mail (our mailboxes), Resend (delivery of contact-form messages to our inbox), and Cryptlex (licence activation). Each receives only what its function requires.

Retention

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to support you and meet legal obligations. Licensing records are kept for the life of the licence. Server logs rotate on short cycles.

Your rights

You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or — where it is not needed to operate your licence — ask for deletion. Write to info@hdgenerator.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date above changes with it and the current version always lives at this address.
